The dining options offer a good variety, with some occasional disappointments. The location is convenient for seaside visits but may feel desolate at times.

Upon a late check-in, we were swiftly given our all-inclusive wristbands, but disappointed to find the bar and restaurant closed. Despite a spacious room, there was a TV issue left unaddressed. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area at the beginning of Sunny Beach, away from the bustling nightlife.
The hotel was rather desolate and looked abandoned, but the location saved it with its proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping within a 10-15 minute walk. Though the service was a major letdown, the small pool area played loud Bulgarian rap music, and guests were not treated well. However, the rooms were of an acceptable size, clean, and equipped adequately.
